INITIAL NATUROPATHIC

Initial Appointment 75 mins | $333

Naturopathic Medicine blends cutting edge medical science and preventative care with proven centuries-old natural therapies to stimulate your body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Naturopathic Therapies:

Nutritional Medicine: is the foundation of naturopathic medicine. Food is used to maintain health and to treat illness. Vitamins, minerals and dietary support is recommended specific to each person’s metabolic needs bringing the body back to health.

Botanical Medicine: is the use of herbs as medicine. Many plant substances are powerful medicines that are safe and can be as effective as drugs without the negative side effects.

Supplements: are a natural effective alternative to drugs. Scientific research has demonstrated that many medical conditions can be healed effectively with food and nutritional supplements.

Lifestyle Counseling: Lifestyle counselling involves identifying risk factors and making recommendations to help optimize one’s physical, mental, and emotional health. Naturopathic practice includes the integrated use of counselling stress management techniques when indicated.

Homeopathy: A powerful 200-year-old system of medicine that uses dilute substances to prevent and treat disease. Homeopathy works on an energetic level to bring the individual back into physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Homeopathy is based on the law of similars, which states that a disease can be cured by a substance that produces similar symptoms in a healthy person.

Detoxification/Environmental Medicine: Natural detoxification protocols are utilized to treat disease and promote health. Toxicity and heavy metal testing are performed when indicated.

Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy: Bioidentical hormone preparations are medications that contain hormones that are an exact chemical match to those made naturally by humans. BHRT can effectively provide relief from symptoms relating to hormonal changes that occur with age.
