In this mini-retreat you will learn to cultivate and balance vital energy through the 5 directions of Prana (life force) or Vayus (winds). When we work with the Prana Vayus in our yoga practice through awareness, asana, pranayama and meditation, our minds and bodies can function optimally allowing us to live vibrant healthy lives and realize our highest potential. Come and join Deborah Scarborough to explore and experience the Prana Vayus, discovering how they move through the body by embodying them in our yoga practice and daily lives.

Deborah Scarborough is a certified Yoga Therapist and Instructor in the Viniyoga method E-RYT 500. She has 15 years of experience facilitating privates, classes, retreats and workshops. She enjoys sharing the deeper teachings of yoga to create wellness, balance and transformation.
This mini-retreat is suitable for all levels from the beginner to advance practitioners who want to deepen their practice.
